We have lived in our home for over 35 years. Now in 2017, we wanted to update and improve the look home, and also make more feasible for resale if the need be. We contacted ELS Designs and Eric Siudak. Eric brought in his team and we were able to come up with a plan that not only did the updating we wanted, but also fit within our budget. We started our project in mid-September of 2017 by demolishing the whole downstairs flooring of ceramic tile and a 600 gallon Jacuzzi. We decided on Brazilian walnut flooring for its unique characteristics, durability and beauty. Eric was there every step of the way, if not personally, but always a call to follow up. Our remodel was completed in six weeks and here is what was done: laid wood flooring throughout the 1st level of our home, about 1200 square feet, repainted every room on the same level and updated the electrical and heating where necessary. We are very pleased by this remolding which completely transformed our home into the welcoming place we wanted it to be. ELS Designs , and Eric Siudak, made this all possible, not only with their professional help, but also with their great follow up every step of the way.

We contacted Eric with E.L.S designs for our lower level renovation to add a separate living space for my mother. With the unique existing floor plan and the challenge of adding a complete living space with a full kitchen, master bathroom and family room. Eric was able to provide his expertise not only in the design and layout but also engineer for our project. He has a vast knowledge of the building codes and communications with the trades and inspectors to make sure your project stays on track. Eric from E.L.S. Designs stepped in to finish a laundry room remodeling project when my previous contractor failed to complete the job. The failure of my previous contractor turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. Eric had many excellent suggestions that were not in the original project plans and my laundry room ended up better than I could ever have imagined!
